Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 48 hours of delivery to you the customer or selected FFL location for any reason by contacting our returns department (use link below) with your intent to return for a full refund. No exchanges of products allowed. Customer may be charged return shipping and subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customer has 30 days of purchase to submit a return request of any defective, damaged items for refund, exchange or limited repair. less any items that fall under the noted exception(s) listed below. Beyond 30 days of purchase the buyer will need to refer to the items manufacturer's warranty policies.
Note; WE DO NOT except returns or exchanges of any firearms or similarly regulated items after a 4473 NICS transfer has been successfully completed by you the buyer at a valid licensed FFL dealer.
You should expect to receive your granted refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We ship to any physical address in the contiguous 48 states USA, Alaska residents please contact us before making any online purchase for shipping options. Note that there may be Federal, State or local municipality restrictions on regulated items or products and we cannot ship to these locations as well as P.O. boxes or international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
